Salary: Base wage starts at $22.00
Hours: Monday to Friday 8 AM to 4 PM.

Answer the phones.
Acknowledge receipt of customer orders and input the orders into system.
Prepare shipping documents.
When necessary, arrange pickup/delivery of shipments and suggest additional services.
Prepare Ring size and Punch Sizes/ Serial Number Reports upon receipt of orders.
Notify customers of any changes in the delivery schedule of orders.
Refer requests for information, complaints, or services of technical nature to the appropriate person.
Interpret, analyze, and respond to customer inquiries (examples: quotations, terms of sale, delivery dates, complaints, request for literature, etc.)
Maintain files and records pertinent to the function.
Process product returns and exchanges.
Take care of mail daily.
Take care of the visitor log.
Prepare quotes.
Contact existing and prospective customers to sell products/provide service via telephone, fax and E-Mail.
Perform other functions as needed and coordinate with other Customer Service Representative so all tasks are completed on time.
